Pics on booking.com are deceptive and they got me this time

just the location.

Hotel under construction. So much noise and banging until it was too much and uncomfortable. lots of stuffs on the staair way. room floor was dirty. tables dusty. bed sheets stained here and there. too noisiy in the evening. I complained to the staff and he said ''this is high season and we have lots of work and this place is in high demand. Sorry about it but we are busy now ''.

The location is perfect, the room was very clean, busy out side, but quiet inside. Right next to bars and restaurants and ten minute walk to the beach. Staff and owner very helpful.

No where to put room key at night.

We stayed room 205 second floor room was great tea coffee clean towels bedding every day,

The only thing I can say against the place the safe wouldn't lock as needed new batteries we never did get it sorted

The accomdation was a very good price for the location. The ladies selling fruit in the front of the hotel were very friendly and nice. The hotel it next to a convenience store, which is very handy. It is close to Bangla Road.

The location of the hotel is hard to find, it's hidden away. There is no lift, only stairs so it hard to carry the luggage up. Staff did not offer to help. The room was pretty small and the bathroom had mold. I think there was bed bugs, we asked them to change the sheets and then out bug bites disappeared. The mattress is hard and the end of our bed frame was broken.

The bed was comfortable....

When we did the check in the room was dirty, bedding was also dirty. I showed the marks on bedding to reception and he arranged to change this. Then pillow was the same. Floor was unbelievable dirty, bathroom and bathroom curtain has not been washed ages. Anyway only good thing about this hotel is it's their location...Also not to forget the reception he was helpful and funny...

What was to like ? I mean dirty room, dirty glass, off refrigerator, no tea maker, no mini bar, I mean what to like ?

It is in the centre. Not far from everything

Staff don't speak English,had to Google translate. You have to repeatedly ask for everything..toilet paper,shower gel,clean your room. Tv was broken and chair to seat on balcony. Was a nightmare trying to make them understand what you wanted. Paid for deluxe...room was standard..not even a kettle to boil water. Pictures on booking.com are not reality when you get there. Not worth the money. No lobby just a little cubicle when half the time..staff are not there .

It's cheap and simple. I think this hotel's prime target group is people who want to bring prostitutes to hotel. You should keep this in mind whether you're looking for such place or you want to avoid it. It's not far from Bangla street, where all nightlife is happening. Wi-Fi is pretty good there, shower works, all seems good.

In the morning, trying to cope with worst hangover, I woke up from the sound of some machine (probably, washing machine) turning on, making some noise for a couple of minutes, then turning off, right after you got used to it and were ready to sleep through it. And it went through all morning. Pure hell. Don't forget your earplugs — you'll probably need it in any hotel in Patong anyway.

Upon arrival, there was no record of my booking. Was locked inside the bathroom for about half an hour because the lock jam. Advised to bring your phone into the bathroom if you are staying alone.

Location was awsome as bangla road is like 100 steps away and the best part was that we got an extra room for free. :D

I was with my six friends so everything was awsome but if somebody's traveling with family it would be so noisy for them as the nearby Bars are on all day and night.

The hotel was not as what mentioned or shown in the booking.com. There is no lift for the four storey hotel. One of room aircon spoilt and the cover drop off. Very disappointed with this hotel.
